Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns for products received in a damaged or faulty condition. The product must be returned to Estorepk.pk in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact for a refund or exchange. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery by sending a short video and pictures to  info@estorepk.pk. Refunds and exchanges for dislikes of the product will not be entertained, but you can share your concerns for review at  info@estorepk.pk. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days if the product received is not as ordered. Refunds will be made directly to your bank account within 7 working days, provided you share your bank details along with the issue at  info@estorepk.pk (applicable only if we could not fulfill your order and you paid in advance). Customers must return merchandise via traceable delivery at their own expense, with no refund for delivery charges. Colors may vary upon delivery and are not covered under the Exchange or Refund Policy unless you paid extra for a specific color. Do not place tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box. If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to return it to you. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned products. All returns should be sent to [Return Address]. Warranty Policy

Warranty claims vary by product, and Estorepk.pk does not directly handle warranty claims. Not all products come with a warranty, but if they do, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Using Estorepk.pk

1. Users must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Users may post comments and suggestions, provided they are not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, spam, or containing viruses. These posts reflect the views of the person posting them, not Estorepk.pk.
3. Some services and features on the website require registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate personal details, not impersonate others, and update these details if they change.

This includes product descriptions, images, specifications, promotional literature, videos, and exclusive footage. Unauthorized duplication and misuse of content are strictly prohibited.
2. Report offensive content, problems, and policy breaches to us. We strive to ensure listed items do not infringe on intellectual property rights. If your rights have been infringed, notify us, and we will investigate.

Logos, Trademarks, Marks, or Materials

You are not allowed to use any service marks, trademarks, or materials, including logos and characters, appearing on Estorepk.pk or related social media pages, without written permission from the website and the owner of the marks and materials, such as the brand and/or their official distributors in Pakistan.

Order Pricing and Acceptance

1. Estorepk.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without providing a reason.
2. All inventory is managed by vendors. The website assists in processing and delivering orders directly from vendors.
3. If an item is misplaced, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
4. Prices of all products on Estorepk.pk are fixed and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.
5. Prices are regularly checked and updated by vendors.

Personal Information, Privacy, and Data Protection

1. Estorepk.pk holds your personal details with utmost integrity and does not rent, sell, or distribute them to marketing companies, group companies, third parties, or any other organizations or individuals.
2. Your information is stored and processed on secure computers and servers. You can access and change your information and opt out of certain communications by signing into your account.

Agency and Other Relationships

No partnership, agency, employee-employer, joint venture, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or formed through this Agreement.

Promotions, Deals, and Offers

1. Various promotions, deals, and offers may be advertised on Estorepk.pk and its social media pages. These offers have specific rules and time limits.
2. If there is any misunderstanding or problem related to these deals, contact  info@estorepk.pk for review. However, Estorepk.pk will have the final authority.

Delivery of Products

Estorepk.pk charges a shipping fee of RS. 200/- per order to any destination in Pakistan.

Check Warranty

Estorepk.pk offers a 24-hour check warranty to ensure customers receive the correct products.

Exchange and Return Policy

1. Complaints for damaged products must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, no claims can be made.
2. If a complaint is lodged within the specified time limit, Estorepk.pk will collect the product for examination. If the claim is valid, Estorepk.pk will either replace the product or allow an exchange.

Force Majeure

No damages can be claimed for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure events, which are beyond control and without fault or negligence. This includes acts of God, changes in law, acts of terrorism, war, civil disturbances, rebellion, riots, sabotage, fire, explosions, floods, severe weather, strikes, or other worker actions that prevent obligation fulfillment.

Identity and Verification Liability

Estorepk.pk is not responsible for investigating, screening, identifying, or verifying the credentials or information provided by individuals, including identity, product purchases, or payments.

Prevailing Law

The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan govern these Terms and Conditions.

Limitations on Liability

1. You acknowledge that Estorepk.pk is not responsible for any damage or loss due to willful misconduct, negligence, acts, or omissions.
2. Estorepk.pk does not control or examine the quality, suitability, or content of products. You agree to hold Estorepk.pk harmless for any product-related issues.
3. Estorepk.pk is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from products or any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity

Estorepk.pk, along with its officers, directors, representatives, and subsidiaries, will be indemnified and held harmless from any claims arising from actions of Estorepk.pk, including but not limited to:

1. Violation of Terms and Conditions by Estorepk.pk.
2. Use of services provided by Estorepk.pk.
3. Breach of representation made by Estorepk.pk.
