Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

✅ Unboxing Video Required
Please record a clear unboxing video when receiving your order. In case of any issue (damage, defect, wrong item), claims and returns will only be accepted with this video proof.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Buyer bears return courier charges.

  • Initial shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable:

  • Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and perishable or hazardous goods.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll confirm approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
