Refund policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before initiating a return, you must first send us a video of the product to verify its actual condition. Returns will only be accepted after our approval.

Important Return Information:
- The buyer will bear the courier fees for returning the product.
- We will deduct the shipping fees that we initially paid to send the product to you.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We do not provide a return shipping label; the customer must arrange the return shipment.
Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We want to assess the problem and resolve it for you promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return. Regrettably, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
