We offer a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before initiating a return, you must first send us a video of the product to verify its actual condition. Returns will only be accepted after our approval.

Important Return Information:

  • The buyer will bear the courier fees for returning the product.
  • We will deduct the shipping fees that we initially paid to send the product to you.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not provide a return shipping label; the customer must arrange the return shipment.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We want to assess the problem and resolve it for you promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return. The quickest method to get what you want is to return the item you have and, after the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and reviewed your return, and update you on whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
